What happens when you cancel your subscription?

When you cancel, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of the paid period or for 14 days, whichever is greater. This ensures you have a minimum of 14 days to migrate your data.

For example, if you purchased a monthly subscription on August 15th, you are billed on the 15th of each month. If you cancel on September 20th, you can use your paid plan until October 15th. If you cancel on September 13th, you can use the plan until September 27th (14 days from cancellation, since your expiration would be sooner).

Once your migration period concludes, we will automatically remove all reports, emails, and dashboards, except for the number of recent items allowed under the free plan.

To control which reports are retained, we recommend deleting any unnecessary ones to ensure the number aligns with the free plan's limits.
