Embedding and Sharing

DataReportive makes it simple to distribute insights by allowing you to share or embed any report or dashboard effortlessly. This functionality is ideal for keeping stakeholders informed, whether they are internal team members or external partners.

To get started, open the Embed Panel by clicking the Embed button available on each report and dashboard. Once the panel is open, you'll have two convenient options:

  1. Shareable Link
    A direct URL is generated that you can copy and share via email, chat, or any other channel. This link provides public access to the report or dashboard—no DataReportive login or account is required, making it easy to distribute your data to a broader audience quickly.
  2. Embed Code
    For deeper integration, you'll also receive an HTML iframe code snippet. You can embed this snippet directly into your website, internal portal, or web application. The embedded view ensures your users can access and interact with live DataReportive documents without leaving your platform.

Security note:
All shared and embedded content respects the visibility settings you've configured. If sensitive data is involved, make sure to review access permissions or restrict the report/dashboard accordingly before sharing publicly.
