Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

DataReportive provides a cloud-based internet service that allows you to create data reports from databases which are run and/or maintained by you. You will be able to connect to your remote databases, query them and visualize information in reports. You will also be able to schedule distribution of these reports through an email service. You will also be able to manage the personal information of your team and organization.
Personal information and data regarding your database connections and database usage will be used and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to all or some parts of the Site to users who have signup up for the Service.
We reserve the right to restrict or deny you access to all or some parts of the Site if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms.
You may open only a single account per organization. Using multiple connections to databases form different accounts on the Service is forbidden.
Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis (we call these “Subscriptions”). This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is called a “billing cycle”). Billing cycles are typically monthly or annual, depending on what subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team. While we will be sad to see you go, you may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription at any time, in which case your Subscription will continue until the end of that billing cycle before terminating. You may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription immediately after the Subscription starts if you do not want it to renew.
DataReportive may change the fees charged for the Services at any time, provided that, for Services billed on a subscription basis, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of your Subscription. DataReportive will provide you with reasonable prior written notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the change becomes effective.
We will not be liable for any loss and or leak of information on any connected databases. We encourage user to utilize secure connections provided by the Service. Furthermore we recommend that users use restricted read-only user to limit any damages from any potential unrestricted access to their databases, as well as use encrypt or anonymize any sensitive of personal information. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
